The Women’s Sports & Health Expo brings together sports, wellness, and community for an inspiring day that empowers women and girls of all ages. Through interactive experiences and local resources, attendees can discover new ways to live healthier, stronger lives while celebrating the businesses and athletes making a positive impact in Grand Rapids.
Needs
The Women’s Sport & Health Expo was looking for a spot to run as a promotional ad, event recap, and signage.
Deliverables
We delivered :30 and :60 video ads optimized for Meta and social media best practices, featuring six female athletes from Grand Rapids to spotlight and celebrate local women in sports. The campaign also included a digital billboard running throughout the greater Grand Rapids area, extending visibility beyond the event itself. To round it out, we provided day-of event coverage and a fast-turn recap video to help the team share the Expo’s impact.
